Multiple sclerosis: Risk SLASHED by eating oily fish just once a week



EATING oily fish just once a week slashes the risk of multiple sclerosis by nearly half, according to new research. The omega-3 fatty acids in fish including sardines, salmon and tuna could play a key role in lowering the risk of developing the disease, researchers found.
