THE parents of a baby who died at a scandal-hit maternity unit accused hospital bosses of having a culture of “denial and lies” yesterday as it was claimed at least 60 cases are now being investigated. Richard Stanton and Rhiannon Davies said Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital Trust had “shamefully” added to the pain of grieving families by forcing them to battle for the truth.
