Sleep: A quarter of Britons' sleep ruined by snoring and stress - are you affected?



SLEEP could be the most important activity of the day, but over a quarter of Brits can’t manage an undisturbed night. Snoring, anxiety and family stress were among the top factors keeping them awake, according to a recent survey.
